"THIS IS AMAZING" - quote from FOX NEWS Cameraman

SATURDAY Feb 18th was an AMAZING DAY at the South Weymouth Naval Air Station.

OVER 200 volunteers registered, signed liability waivers and worked from 6 AM to 3PM to frame FIVE HOMES and load them into FIVE tractor trailer trucks.

What AMAZED all who visited the site was the incredible LOGISTIC tail that ran like clockwork and the SPEED of the builders - NOTE THE BLURR in the pictures !!
From welcome tables, to check-in tables, to coffee and breakfast tables, everything was set up to support the 30+ professional builders who worked like bees in the old Fire House. They were able to create a new outside wall in less than 5 minutes. Meanwhile volunteer laborers outside in frigid temperatures loaded all the supplies necessary to finish weatherizing the houses once they are erected on foundations in Gulfport, MS. Volunteers also served food throughout the day, some of which was donated by local businesses, provided live music and even put on a DRAMA during the lunch break. Pastor Eddie Hartwell and his wife April flew in from Gulfport, MS to thank the crews and share how much these homes will mean to the five families who will be receiving them. Those families include: A Pastor's elderly widow, a single mother with 4 children, and an elderly cancer survivor and his family member caretakers.

ALL MAJOR MEDIA networks in the Boston Metro area came by - WATD Radio was live on site. ALL who witnessed the event called it AMAZING !!!

DONATIONS ARE STILL NEEDED TO HELP PAY FOR THE SUPPLIES THAT ARE BEING SHIPPED TO GULFPORT THIS WEEK. For more information, see below.
